This website is hosted on infrastructure provided by Hetzner Online GmbH, Industriestraße 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen, Germany. The hosting provider acts as a processor under Art. 28 GDPR. All data is processed exclusively on servers within the European Union.
Server log files
When you visit this website, the web server automatically records technical information that your browser transmits. This includes:
- Your IP address
- Date and time of the request
- The page or resource requested
- HTTP status code and amount of data transferred
- Referrer URL (if provided by your browser)
- User agent string (browser and operating system)
Purpose and legal basis: these logs are used to deliver the website, detect and prevent abuse, and ensure the security and stability of our infrastructure. The legal basis is our legitimate interest under Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR in operating a secure website.
Retention: server logs are kept for a maximum of 14 days and are then automatically deleted. We do not combine log data with other data sources and do not use it to identify individual visitors.

Retention: we keep your email until your enquiry is fully resolved, unless statutory retention obligations (e.g. tax law) require longer storage. You can request deletion at any time, subject to those obligations.
5 — Cookies and Tracking
This website does not set any cookies and does not use any analytics, tracking, advertising or fingerprinting technologies. We do not embed third-party scripts, social-media widgets or video players. Fonts are self-hosted on our own servers — no font files are loaded from external providers such as Google Fonts, so no data is transmitted to third parties when the page renders.

This website contains links to external websites (for example to heyaira.app or to the European Commission's ODR platform). Once you click on such a link, your data is processed under the privacy policy of the respective external site. We have no influence on the data processing of those third parties.
